That's because you didn't use the correct coupon code and didn't wrap the package correctly. Yep, stupid Amain made me buy a Kyosho Mad Force, $369-37= 332, free shipping.

Kyosho sells the car to stores at around $325. So Amain probably lost money or broke even, considering it costs money to ship and process Paypal/Bill me later.
10% is nothing to stick your nose up at.
