I must say the fit and finish of the 2014 black edition is amazing.

Where would I get an aluminum chassis ? Why and how is it better? Does it bend?

The alloy chassi was more stable in the high speed sweepers noticably less tendency to traciton roll but lacked mid corner speed on tight corners particular hairpins.
The track layout had 7 hairpins and 2 sweepers.
On a high speed high grip sweeping track the alloy chassi would do well.
Weight difference was about 35g but I was measuring a used carbon chassi.

For me the aluminum chassis was .01-.02 sec faster per lap, on our mid high grio carpet track. We run w Panaracer carpet compound tires that have mega grip.
The car is setup with short shocks and 17.5 blinky.
When new( just installed) it was very stiff. After last night it feels it loosened up quite a bit as now it feels it flexes more than the carbon did.
My car is 20 grams lighter since I used to run the 3 yokomo weights= 50 g (2x15g front and the 20g center piece).

Hey all,
Trying to get a FDR 3.0 for 21.5 motor but having problems with getting the right combo? Does anyone race 21.5 with a FDR around 3.0 that could help me?
Thanks
