Default New 2.4 systems

hey are the new 2.4 systems as good as FM? I had trouble with the lag spektrum had. Has that been sloved? I'm looking to get a new radio. I wouldn't mind some suggestions.

Spektrum Pro solved most of the lag issues of the original spektrum system. The Airtronics 2.4 M11 systems are better though. I have the Air DSS and no lag. The FHSS-2 and the M11x are supposed to be even better.

Is there a difference in the 4pk compared to the 3pk?

I love the M11X. its so easy to navigate.
Throw a lipo in it and it'll run for 3 days without a charge

I used to think my old radio was awsome but this is so much better. You feel so connected to your car its crazy

The m11x has no lag, period. The radio is so crisp and responsive. I chose not to buy the 4pk due to still seeing some racers having the shutdown issue with there receivers.

I've had no probs with my dx3r except fragile antenas on the dsm2 recievers but thats the same with all coaxal antenas. I mostly use it with older dsm1 recievers & you can feel a difference but he says he wants to stay away from spektrum so...

i have the 3pk fasst system, i love the feel and functionality of the radio. but i likewise have had some probs with rxs and heat. on the flip side i see a ton of people using the same setup and even the 4pk without issues. so be sure to mount the rx on its side away from the heat and i also raised the radio box up about an 1/8" off the chassis for some air gap. i really hope this works because i am not going to run a perforated radio box, especially when i can get a m11 or m11x and not have to worry about it. and thats exactly what im gonna do if it happens again!

Go with a M11X or KO 2.4 EX-1UR, EX-10 or for budget, the new EX-5 UR.
