Right then guys, i was wondering if you could help me out !

About November/December i will be changing cars to a Cyclone, .

I have a few questions.

I would like to get the Hara edition, hes always been a hero in my eyes but in england its £50 more than the "Standard" Cyclone, now is it just the colour change or are there alot of hop-ups also.

My other question is, should i wait for this WE to come out if there is going to be one? it looks rather nice !

Thanks,

Willz

USE THREAD SEARCH!

key differences between black cyclone and hara/surikarn:
aluminum rear diff with blades
BEEFY upper bulkheads!!!

there are others, check the HB page it lists them all. These 2 are super important and will cost you about 90 dollars to add these parts to a black cyclone, furthermore the upper bulkheads are only avail in blue and purple.

that right there justifies the price increase.

but you better hurry, finding hara/surikarns in stock nowadays is super hard since they are discontinued

the WC car should be nice if they actually come out with it, and if it actually has what the speculation says: CVD's in the front, new spool, new servo mounts (did i miss anything?)

its not longer but it does have wings on the top deck for wide bracing.the kit is 139.99 and comes with the 3mm chassis milled to 2.5 under the bulkheads, servo and layshaft mounts,3mm top decks,3mm shock towers with scalloped holes for finer tuning,4 high finish standoffs for corner bracing and necessary hardware.

Hi Jason,

It's Leonard here (from Australia), just wondering when the HB Cyclone kits will be released on the website or do you place an order for them differently?

Thanks,

Leonard.

Now flood, let me get this right....HPI discontinues the Pro 4, ok, I'll except that. They discontinue both editions of two of their top drivers, hmmm, getting a little nervous. Now, in the other thread, you were saying something about brands and brand loyalty??? Where are they going over at HPI/HotBodies? I am getting tempted to get a Cyclone just to make sure I stay current and stay within the HPI family (per your even keeled way of reasoning). Are they gonna crap on me with the Cyclone as well? Hmmmmmm
