well thats why its so cheap.
well then i cant get it for my truck. darn.
wall anybody know a ESC that i can get for my truck.
my main problem is my run times. the speed control i have takes too much energy and i only have 8 - 12 minute runs with really good battaries. so all i need is an esc with good run times and be able to handle a 10T motor for about $100 is there any such thing??

what do you consider really good run times with a 10 turn motor?
Motors like that really like to eat power, so you probably have to have some good GP3300 cells.
I would say that if you are wanting something that can handle that kind of motor, you are looking into the range of racing ESCs. you didn't say that you need reverse or not.

no im getting those run times with my 15t motor.

and if i go to a 10t then it will be even shorter.
but my ESC is off brand and i think if i get a navak it will be more effecient and give me a little longer run times.

With a 10 turn you'll be lucky to get 6min, but it will be absolutley balistic. I strap a 10X2 P94 in my XXXT and it pulls the front wheels off the ground if I'm not careful. Since your on a budget, but need a good speedo, I'd recommend looking at the duratrax intellispeed line, I've used the 8 turn pro with excellent results. Its fully programmable and has more features than my $150+ speed controls. I'd also venture to say that the 8 turn pro is the spitting image of a novak cyclone, same size, physical layout, just a little different solder posts. After all duratraxx doesnt actually make anything electronic, they most likely subed it out to novak.
