Just a reminder. Practice is open at Cal tomorrow from 10-5. $10 per driver. I will be there earlier to prep and the goal is to have the track drive-able at 10am.
The soccer management has been working on the field and is not allowing pitting on the grass but has cleared space for our use to the right of the track on hard packed dirt area. You can also pit along the track just inside the gate.

Really good stuff here, Tony. So good you managed to grab two interviews after the race. It is great putting a face to a name and getting their take on the race. Good, too, hearing what they are running. Updated my RC F1 database with the info, but more importantly, it is a great for those just getting into F1/F2 as far as what works. Gallery to die for. Great images. Looking forward to more of the same from UF1 as the season progresses. Good luck.

Round 2 of the 2018 UF1 Winter Series is this weekend, October 14th. Here's the schedule:
Gates open at 8:00am
Track opens at 8:30am
Qualifying starts at 10:00am
We'd also like to announce that we've worked out a deal with Arena Sports allowing us to use the concrete area for pitting. A HUGE thanks to Mike Rydwell from Exotek Racing for sponsoring this!

So the rain interrupted the track washing we tried to do tonight instead of tomorrow as planned. We'll check the weather and track in the morning early and wash it then if needed or possibly in the afternoon to prep for Sunday.
