I got the holder from Tim @ Mugen USA. The graphite mount was made by Charlie Rudtner. I sent him a template of what I wanted, and he cut it out for me. It'll fit both my MTX-3 & MRX-3. I see him advertising the mount now on ebay (fetch27). Maybe I should've put a patend on it it.

Well, the only thing I'd concentrate on is the fix. I've seen others make their own fix for the car and it does works. For now, aftermarket parts arent much of a concern for me as the car is pretty good out of the box. No serious racing going on here. During spring-summer, we (the RC Club) will be racing in an area outside the highschool. Tracks are a bit of a distance and requires a car to get there, which I dont have...yet.
