RCX coordinates frequencies very well, I have seen it in past shows and the addition of our event should present no problems as long as they have the frequency information.

I do know for sure that all 27mhz frequencies are already spoken for. We cannot use 27hz on the onroad track.

We have the 26.998 freq, is this going to be a problem? Our freq are RC01 and RC09. Please let me know. Thanks Alex

As soon as I get Marcellos information<roar number, transponder number, and freq. number> I will send it to you.
But I can not make the race, and Marcello will be taking my place, but for 10th scale, and not 1/8 scale.

thanks Glen
Glen, Bill....Thanks for setting Marcello up. Just send his packet, along with my own to my address...
Tony Fileccia
Bill, I'll send you another PM with my address.

Glen

Never Mind I have found an alternative. Please change our freq from RC09 to spectrum for Christian Lopez.

Thanks

Glenn,
I sent you a PM with Marcellos information.
He will be taking my spot, but in 10th scale, and not 1/8 as I am listed.
Wish I could make this race, but other duties call for that weekend.
Hope everyone has fun.
Thanks Glenn

Hey Glen - Per my application, I'm running 40mhz in 1/8 4WD. I am licensed to use this. Will this be a problem at the RC Expo?

Funny U should mention practice...here's the deal

I got a call this week, seems channel 5 morning show Good Morning L.A. with Gayle Sayers would like to come out to the Fairplex on Friday 4/18/1008 and do a live broadcast with some R/C car action trackside.

So it means that the trailer will have to be at the site and track setup Thursday 4/17/2008. If some of U guys would like to meet us out there on Thursday to help with the track setup so that it will be up and running early Friday morning for the TV crew, we can stay till 7:00pm for free practice Friday and we get to be on TV. Sort of a reward for helping with the track. They plan to talk to Club members, drivers and event coordinators. Pretty cool huh?.

I figure if we can get 10 -15 guys out there for track setup, that would be great on Friday morning when practice opens at 7:00am.

I will take names in order they are recieved on this thread. This race looks like a great time to be had by all!!
