He shipped out the next day after he receives payment....sent EMS although it was more than what he asked for.
BUT now he wants a refund for the extra money he paid for the EMS.i dont think it's fair for me.neither is it fair for him but he agreed for the sum i paid to send it EMS....so what would u guys do?

His loss, you didnt mention anything about wanting to have it shipped that way did you?

I kinda agree with Mav. but maybe you guys can work something out like maybe split the difference. It is his fault but their can't be that much difference in cost and if he did ship so fast then I would split the difference they you both are happy.

uhhh i did ask for EMS...but he also asked for extra for it and i paid it.seems like the extra money he asked couldnt cover the whole shipping and so now he wants me to reimburse.
im beginning to smell something fishy

I would still try and work something out. How much is he asking for? Trust me you don't want to make anyone on this board mad it can be a real pain....................

Then I would tell him its going to cost more to send then he is asking for. I guess he is going to have to deal with it. If is really that little money then he is just being petty.........

Yup he's petty alright.but i have decided to make friends rather than enemies so i will send him the money by airmail:which is realitively cheap.
