I already talked with Neal from the Nitroshop but he is not able to help me. I need to talk with who ever is managing the Clockwork website.

Neal is one of the two former owners of Clockworks. If Neal cant help you, which i cant imagine why he couldnt, then you need to track down the other former owner.

I spoke with Neal and as always he was very helpful and responsive to my emails but he told me he is not able to help me out.

I also emailed to the Sales clockwork email address but still no response.

i am 99% sure that company is no more. I know they were liquidating everything they had in stock at one point in time. Probably why you are not getting any kind of a reply.
