We would like to invite everyone to come out and enjoy the Central Florida area and than participate in the US Open Sedan Champs.....
The dates of the event are Nov. 1st-5th.
There will be a Masters class, Open class and a Factory class. This race is open to all racers world wide and will follow IFMAR rules.
We are excited to have joined with the RC Pro series. This is the most awesome organization and is growing by leaps and bounds.
The entry flyer will be out shortly and with a capacity of 120 entries it wont take long to fill..

I read the following IFMAR rules, and I want to make sure I am correct.
5. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
*5.4 The use of .12 engines only will be permitted. They shall be air-cooled, with front rotary Valve, two stroke induction. The engines may have a maximum of four (4) ports, Including the exhaust port. No form of forced induction is allowed or any form of variable port timing. No holes in the piston and no additional holes in the liner.
(does this mean no turbo cuts?)
*each competitor is allowed to have three (3) engines
5.5 Engine capacity is to be maximum .12 (2.11cc) only.
*The carburetor size is to be 5.50mm.
5.22 Fuel: A controlled commercially available fuel containing methanol, oil lubricant and nitromethane (with a maximum of 16% measured in volume), decided by the IFMAR I.C.

Rcfoolz: Yes we are following Ifmar rules for this race and I am glad you found the time to look into the guidelines for the engines. Well as far as the engines go there is no rules in IFMAR about modifying the engine. It states that the engine must have 4 ports and that is it. The EFRA organization is the body who requires no crank modification. We are using IFMAR rules.
Because of the fuels sold in the USA it is not practicle to require 16% for the first year of the event. THe fuel is hard to regulate. SO the fuel is OPEN to nitro percentage.
