Default Os carb on a picco

I want to put my os 10c slide carb on my Picco xp 12 motor. I am going to order the sleeve so i can do it. Is it smart to do it what are some general needle settings. Should I use the Os ones or the Picco.

Why would you want to switch from a Picco carb to a OS 10c??? You might be asking for problems... ??? What OS. engine uses the 10c carb??? If anything, if you had to switch carbs and you like the OS. brand, I would use the 10j turbo 3 needle carb... And that's if it fits.... If you're having tuning problems... It might just be your settings... So back the my first question... Why do you want to switch carbs in the first place??? There's a good chance that you'll have less power using the OS. carb... But that's for another thread...

Marcos.S710... Just trying to point the guy in the right direction... I knew the TR.12 turbo motor had the 3 needle carb on it... I don't use OS motors... Only Nova's... The 10j might be a little easier for him to tune as it has 2 needles as does his Picco...

You shouldn't have any problems using the OS carb. Just use the standard OS settings and go from there.
