Default Flywheel question

I was wondering what the difference is between different size flywheels. I have seen 32 mm and 34 mm 3 shoe clutches...what is the difference between them besides the 2mm (figured I would say it before someone else did). I am going to be using it on a .28 motor, what would be the differences I would see between the two different sizes ?

2mm could be the difference whether a bump start wheel grabs it or not, at least makes it easier. Some guys like to think a larger flywheel acts like a better "harmonic balancer" and makes the engine run smoother but it's usually their tune

So then if not using a bump box then in really makes no difference ?
