a friend of mine ran the tacon 5900 on 5s this weekend in a tc4 geared 37/60. hit a best speed of 114.

Holy smokes! That's the motor I bought. And I bought a 35 tooth pinion. Ill see how that goes but I have a 78 tooth spur on the wait list. Stock is 87 i think. Glad to hear it can handle ( at least once lol) higher than 3s. I had wanted to do 4s but was unsure. Thanks for this. Do you know what esc he ran?
