Default Gearing Questions

I have a B4.1 with a stock spur gear and the 3300kv brushless setup. I am looking for the recommended pinion gear for this car?

What does a 3300 motor compare to as far as the 13.5,10.5,8.5's and so on go?

It's somewhere between 10.5 and 13.5, plus you get the unsensored cogging at low RPM.

With a 81T spur I'd say a 21T pinion,,you can convert to a different spur from there..

I wanted to buy a couple of spare front/ rear wheel nuts just in case I was changing a wheel and I dropped a nut in the grass and lost it. Without the nut or a spare, it would be impossible to run the B4.1.
I have gone to Home Depot, Lowe's, Ace Hardware looking for part number 6629 which is the front fiber locking nuts. Not carried in any of these stores. Called a business that deals only in hardware, no luck there. Found the rear size though.
Finally ordered the front wheel nuts from an online parts store and they are now on the way.
I realize the car parts that are unique to these vehicles must be ordered from the manufacturer or parts seller, but why would a company make a car where such common retainers are made in odd-ball hard to get sizes?
Check this out. I buy all my hardware here.

Fastener Express!!! They also have a good assortment of anodized alum stuff. They are the OEM for a few brands within RC.
