exactly, the w4d0 works the best to clean then pledge to detail it if you dont have any detailing spray for real cars which works so good. wd is just the stuff.

Has anyone else played with left to right balance on their buggy?

I ended up putting the esc on the 'receiver' side and so on...

Car is perfect balance. I race TC so thought it was worth a shot. Seems like the motor is offset a lot which I assume is a carry over from the brushed days... The 22 has the motor more central

Also... How much does slop affect handling? My buggy is pretty tight but just curious...

Cheers

Balancing side to side will make it more consistent feeling through all the turns. A good idea. team guys were adding weight next to the receiver. I had/have 3/4 oz on the receiver side for b4, t4 and sct.

Default re long time :/

Hi guys just wondering as I am back to a newbie with offroad and I was just wondering as I am starting with a t4.1 so back in the day was racing t2's when they were the ducks nuts but it was brushed motors and stuff those days..

So with the brushless setups in offroad is it still ok to be running in a 10th scale truck or buggy whether its 4wd or 2wd to use a 540 can brushless or can or do u use a 550 can??
I wont be going to 8th scale so can anyone shed some light as I thought since the brushless and lipo is so much stronger and more powerful the 540 setup will be more than enough??

Thanks for your help and sorry for the newbie question how much difference between setting up back in the days compared to now ??

Cheers guys

540 for everything 10th scale

550 is for the 4wd short course trucks reason they are really heavy.

Has anyone tried the hex adapters yet? I'm totally sure I have mine on correctly. I'm using the TLR wheels, as that what I was told to use. Where do you put the shims and how many?

Default New Associated Buggy Coming Soon!!!

So did anyone go to the SC Nats at Enfield??

Scott Brown was showing pictures of the new Buggy...

Narrower, 8mm longer, 22-Durango-esque chassis, three battery configs, 2 tranny configs, AE big bore shocks, and Hexes all around, according to the person that saw the photos, the New Finisher and Punisher bodies will still fit.

Sounds good....

Can anyone confirm??

Keen to know what systems you mod guys are running in your B4's. Wanted to upgrade from my current 17.5 set up and have a go at mod. I though may be this http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...-Connector-85T Seems to fit the bill while still being very afordable. Any thoughts? Alternative suggestions welcome. I'm aware it depends on track conditions, but does anyone find 5000kv too overpowering for the B4? Cheers fellas
