Opposite lock - the packs are ranging from a base of 400 - 445 secs approx. with av. voltage from 1.145-1.170 . The 1.170 cells are very rare not like overseas matchers. I can achieve 1.17+ voltages but I would be damaging the purchasers cells. I am here to match the cells not destroy them (that is up to you guys )

The cells which I have tested by forcing 1.17+ voltages have degraded very quickly. I don't like buying rubbish so I am not going to sell rubbish. I am hoping to achieve a reliable product at a reasonable price.
