IMO IP lipos are cheap crap and I will not use inferior products in such a high end radio.
How exactly are Intellect LiPo packs "cheap crap"? They are one of the biggest manufacturers of LiPo batteries & supply many companies, which simply rebadge their batteries. What makes them so crap? Why even write something like that if you have not a single qualifying statement or reason for saying something like that?

I've been using their NiMH packs for more than 7 years with not 1 single problem. I've also been using both their LiFe & LiPo packs for about 18months now, also without a single problem ever. Really sounds like "cheap crap" to me too.

Thanks to everyone who replied.
Yes it is the low-profile im looking at ive read that only sanwa servos can be used in ssr mode with the 451R receiver i was not aware of this until after
purchase. (normally use savox no probs ever).
I run 1/10 on road and the power is fine it was the speed when used with
the 451R that i was checking on.
Im hoping to get more of an edge with the faster response time.

Hi Guys,

In the RX-451R instructions, it says "do not use a receiver battery greater then 6.0v to power this receiver"

I have used LiFe in my past KO gear. Is LiFe (6.6v) receiver batteries ok to use?

Thanks,

Hey guys, does anyone no if a 2cell lipo 2000mah Losi pack will work in a m11x, I'm not talking about if the slide works, just if the actually battery being lipo directly being plugged in will be ok, I don't mind doing a lil hacking to make this work!!

M11x can take 2S lipo as mentioned in their manual. Just make sure it will fit in the battery compartment, use the right connector and *very important* observe the polarity before you it plug in.
