I ran a Spektrum Lipo in mine and could go for ages without having to charge the pack!

Hey guys I just added a 6.6v life pack to my dx3s and am wondering if you guys fully charge it when it is time. Just wondering cause fully charged it wil be 7.2v. Just don't want to fry my tx cause it's been modified with the battery and a backlight so it's way out of warranty now.

i run 2 life cell same size as a AA and just used the stock battery tray to mount them i have about 26hr on the same charge and still at 6.4 volts

you can fully charge the life cell all the way it will not hurt the radio
