I for one am totally for the limited class for 2wd & 4wd. I am one of those who can't control the power of the faster motors & find I can drive better, stay out of everyone's way & have way more fun running 17.5 SC, 17.5 vintage, 13.5 2wd & 10.5 4wd ( although the last one's hard for me to hang on to). Especially at a smaller track like RCHR I think it makes sense. Joe B
Well here are some thoughts we were considering for upcoming potential classes.
Since we have an increasingly growing interest in 2wd buggy currently, we thought of perhaps having a more Spec class. Most guys are coming from the 17.5 SC environment and enjoy spec type racing and so similar to most tracks out west and even some bigger tracks this way, there are SuperStock 2wd and Mod 4wd... Superstock usually being a 13.5 limited motor. That is a relatively perfect size and LEAST intimidating motor for RCHR as well.D
In addition , perhaps a uniform 10.5 spec 4wd buggy class as well. Some new 4wd's will be showing face soon anyway
Feel free to give input, please don't bash the idea, it's nothing definite, just trying to suit the majority so everyone has some fun.
Just agree or disagree, or even add additional suggestions!
But consider, if you've been in RC for quite some time, it is recognized that some of the most competitive, biggest classes, and favored racing was always some sort of spec class. (ie 19turn, 27turn, etc..). Just some thoughts. Even if we try this, it may take a while till we all get some spec motors , so nothing in stone, just ideas.

ok,,,Although you all know how much i dislike the SC class,, I did have a great time racing yesterday. I still cant stand them though!!! Thanx to Freddy for the Rental body for the day and to his wife for once again making some awsome food for us.
You best be dustin off that mod truck of yours.... Trophy race in 2 weeks, leaves enough time to prepare.... Hahaha
Maybe it was my body, it rubbed off some smooth driving into your truck....

Keep the SC10, we can run them outside....
