New engine break in heats ?

Hi I have a new engine (.15) and was wondering at what heat should it be at and not exceed ? Cheers - James

Thanks - I would have never thought of that, but makes sense why my Nova (last season) went through 2 rods in the first 20 tanks. Cheers
