It's almost like there's a problem with the motor not getting nearly enough power that it needs. I wonder if there's a bad solder joint with one of the motor wires or if you're using connectors between the motor and esc check to make sure one of those isn't bad. Other than that maybe the receiver or esc's faulty. I'm kinda drawin at straws here of the possible causes.

As long as your connections are good, I don't think anyone's going to come up with a definitive answer here. Looks like something is faulty. A faulty receiver, esc, motor, or even battery can all cause the described problem. The only way to know is to start switching out components until you've narrowed it down to what can be the culprit.
