You've got the right idea, but a 2S full voltage is 8.4v, not 7.4v - that's the 'nominal' voltage ('nominal' voltage is supposed to approx the voltage under load), so the watts are 42watt for a 2S 5000mah charging at 5amps, and for 4 in parallel, it'd be 168watts. Still, a 208b has plenty for what you're considering.
