Default M8...to ditch or not to ditch.

I have a trusty dusty M8 that has never failed me....but it is 10yrs old now. Still running FM too. My debate is if I am just greedy and want a new radio...or can I legitimize getting the KO EX-1, M11, or MT-4. The MT-4 receiver looks huge...kinda detures me.

Help!!

I'd do what my buddy does, send it in to Futaba for a recalibration. Turnaround is quick. Then I'd ditch the 75 Mh and get a Spektrum system and some Rxs off the guys here..my .02

I've had 5 radios in 10 yrs. You do deserve a new controller for sure!!!

I had an M8 with Spektrum conversion that I used for a little over a year. While I did well I kept having weird radio glitches. I finally decided to upgrade to the M11x and it feels like night and day! It's not going to improve your driving $389, but I think it's worth it.

Get the Airtronics 2.4Ghz module for it. I've had both the Spektrum and the Airtronics 2.4 setups for the M8, and IMO the Airtronics one is better. No glitches with the Airtronics setup.
