Default Servos and Recievers! Compatability?

Will futaba servos fit into a hpi reciever?

Can you interchange brands like that?

Also, when using digital servos, do you need a high end Radio for it to work up to its specified speed?

Thanks thanks and thanks!

It wll work, (assuming less than about 15 years old) you might need to trim the little side tab on the Futaba plug. Just be careful to plug it in correctly. These days most everything works and plays well together.

You don't need a fancy radio to get the speed, but the nice radio and digital servo can allow for quicker response if that makes any sense. The movement starts quicker, but then moves at the same speed. Assuming the radio is set right, you might need to select the quicker response setting on the transmitter.
