Default Help with spektrum dx3 and losi reciever!!

I just installed a brand new CC Mamba 2200kv combo in my Losi eight 2.0 truggy and i love it to death. I have one problem that is killing me and i can't figure it out. My DX3 loses signal while driving around the track, and i get no throttle or steering response, then all of a sudden it cuts back on and its good for a minute or two then it cuts out again. Could it be my receiver or something else?

hey the only time i have had a similar thing happen with a tekin combo was when one of the power wires had a dry solder joint on the esc. i have a mamba monster setup as well but have never really had a problem with that. one other problem i had with the tekin was the servo was drawing to much current and the bec in the rx8 wasn't coping so it would shut down the rx for a few secs but i don't think you would have that problem with a mamba i fixed it on the rx8 with rx cap.

i went thru this lastnight. try a different receiver. my DX3r PRO the receiver was bad, it would go around the track lose singal. soon as i walk to get my truck it would work again. so i tryed to rebind the receiver and nothing it died. so i binded a SR3000 receiver to my new radio and it worked great.

try a different receiver.

hey i guess it was kinda the same as the prob i had with the rx8. servo was prob drawing to many amps and shutting down the rx but only due to [it being faulty. glad it is all good now
