instead they tell you oh ya its shipping tmrw.been told that twice now

specialty items like neomats take longer to produce than standard decals, then factor in the amount of orders we are receiving due to the racing season starting in most places. And the fact that we have another sale going on, it all adds up.

trust me we are not out to take anyone's money and then not produce products. 2 weeks is not an unrealistic time to wait IMO considering we make the orders in the order that we receive them.

no hard feelings here man,ive ordered before and have always been happy but when someone tells you its going out mrw twice thats the part that tends to make a guy unhappy

what kinda time frame do you really think its gonna be?

i cant see it being more than a couple more days in my opinion

You guys need to relax a bit, every time I've ordered from UpGrade i have always got my stuff. He said they take awhile to make and that they would let you know when they ship out. Chill

how long is the turn around time?

called yesterday and lady told me you got them and they would be shipping today(tuesday) not true?

I was emailed the same thing, they would be in Monday and ship monday or Tuesday, and I still have NOT recieved an email saying that my order has shipped.
