Default RB T10 and Picco .12 Evo4 EDO Modified

Hi,
I'm still thinking about getting a new engine for the new season.
Not sure what the main differences between the RB T10 and the Picco Evo4 EDO Modified are, I would like to ask you if you had any experiences with these engines? What will be the better choice?
I want to have an engine which is easy to tune, reliable and long lasting.

Thank you very much.

Those three adjetives have never been attributed to a Picco in my book.

Get the T10... Novarossi base is the way to go in the three aspects you are describing...

I have received 2 different replies...very interesting I think I wouldn't go wrong with both engines?
What I need is the best of bottom and top end. I know it is not possible to have it like a Flash Tuned or a 353.

the old picco engines were a bit hit n miss, but the evo 4 has sorted the old issues out, idm evo 4 never really skipped a beat last year, topend power is awesome, get your clutch rite for the bottomend and there a match for any thing on track!

not had anything to do with rb newer stuff, but dont know anyone in the uk running them other than the murnan modded stuff

I just heard good things about the two named engines.
Just don't have idea why the rb should be better as it is standard, without any modifications done. And the EVO4 Edo is the modified one.

If the Evo 4 is as torquey as the 3, it is plenty powerful on the top end as well.
I have the RB T10 and when I had it running it was ballistic as well - Novarossi style
I have heard that the issues Picco had earlier, like blowing rods (evo 3), they had sorted all those problems out and its all good now.
I guess it comes down to parts quality, and Novarossi definitely have that hands down.

If you dont know why, its because RB have their engines made in the same place as Novarossi, thats why RB plugs are almost identical in shape to Nova plugs and the carb rubber boot has the Novarossi logo on it. Unless they have now got a different factory where their engines are made, then... yeah, you get the picture?

I've had nothing but torque, ease in tuning, reliability, longevity and easy to start out of my Picco Evo4 Edo. Two and half gallons and its still running strong. My Evo 3 is good also, all you have to do is change the rod at every gallon which I did religiously for 3 gallons. That Evo 3 is still running strong also.

Tell me that when you have reached the 10-12 gallon mark with the same piston/sleeve...

I've gotta toss my hat into the ring for the RBT10 also, I've been running the T10RC which is slightly different, but at Homestead and Fort Myers two World class tracks the Evo4 couldn't touch me... well except off power cornering... lol but that being said they are easy to tune great all around motors you cant go wrong with an RB
