Default difference between ballistic 21.5 and the crawler 21.5??

I just recieved a 21.5 ballistic crawler motor from a member on here and there was no info on the add that it was a crawler motor. I bought this for a vta car and I was wanting to know the difference in motors and if this crawler will hurt performance and if it will perform as good as the ballistic 21.5's that others are using.

They are completely different motors; B Crawlers are not interchangeable with B Spec motors. Our Crawler motors have a 14mm rotor, not the 12.3mm required for spec racing. The timing assemblies are also different---the Crawler includes a sensor to communicate with our Goat BL crawler controller.

If that is for VTA it would not be legal anyway by the current rules. If your club is going by 2009 rules then there may be a way to gear to compensate for the differrent rotor.
