Glow Plug Dead?

Default Glow Plug Dead?

I tried to fire up my engine yesterday and it ran. Then i drove it to my school and shut it off to talk to my friend. Then i tried to start it again. Didnt satrt tried a couple more times. Took it home and checked the glow plug. One and a half coils on the glow plug dont light. Is it dead?

It could be did you chang it after the break in and make sure the glow driver has a full charge
