No offense to Kyle but I think the little guy has more patience then he does now. Kyle is a hell of a driver but I dont think anyone can say patience is his thing.
Now that is nuts. Anyways Alex is a smart kid. I am sure that if he wants help and knows others are willing to help he will ask.

I'm not gonna lie, I never have really been a patient driver, but this year my patience has gotten better and is getting better. Alex is a great driver with tons of natural talent, way more then anybody I know. He is only gonna get faster. He can be patient and as he grows up and matures he will become more and more patient.
All I'm gonna say is the alex is a great driver and shows great patience. He pushes because he wants to win. Which is the right attitude. Its easier to try to get someone to slow down then to make them faster. Also he should keep it fun. All that skills worthless if he's burnt out and doesn't want to race anymore. I think marks helping him out just fine they make a good team and I enjoy watching him come along.
Prob. Weds. I made a couple more changes to the car. I really like the way it was handling in the main. Just have to make fewer mistakes. My average for 5 and 10 laps were in the 14's (14.5/14.8) and my 20 was 15.1. I'm close, work in progress. I can only do so much in one night. I wish I could spend 2-3nights down there, but that is border line part time job for me. Just need a few hours a week to release. Keeping it fun is essential. Any more and it becomes like work.
Hey Guys,
Had a good time last night. Me and my friends all love the track. I got to test out my zx-5 for the first time on the track...big difference from short course. I am hooked now on 4wd buggy though(stuff is like crack). I let my buddy take a few laps with it and said he was gonna buy one as soon as he got home and would have bought a rtr version if they had one at rchr...Good fun but i have a long way to go before im decent at 4wd.

it all started with what Will said was the loudest parts break that he ever heard!! cleaned off a whole side of the frontend,, and then had to half ass it back together,, it was drivable but not right at all,, but like i said its all good,, save some smiles for the next race!!

As for that other comment on your first bad day above which I'm too lazy to quote, I've heard this saying: A bad day in RC is better than a good day without it. I think it's a pretty good quote, I don't know about anyone else.
Let me guess. The back triple got you when you landed funny on that one cinder block, right? I hear ya, bro. I've had more than my fair share of broken parts when it comes to that one section.

So its not just me too then huh? I landed funny on one of those cinder blocks and my front end fell off
$20 bucks later i was on the track again.
Outside, inside is the fast lane on the triple, but don't go too far inside. I broke a rear arm on it yesterday. I usually just move the cinder block, but I wasn't that lucky this time.
