can any body tell me how to charge a reciver pack thats a 1400 nimh im useing a ice charger i just want to now what i should put the charge in amps and so on...

If you want to get any life out of a rcvr battery, slow charge at 0.5amps and fast charge at no more than 1amp. These tend to get hot at higher charge rates and you'll cook the life right out of them.

I slow charge mine as much as possible, fast charge only when I have to.
