housekeeping - please read at least once!
* all racing events that want their own thread should be posted in this forum
* series can be made 'important' but will automatically be 'unstuck' in November of each year
* events can be made important if required, but must have the event date in the title of the thread eg: "Proline Nitro Challenge 25/26 Sept"
* any event posted in the general Australian forum will be moved or deleted (if a duplicate or link to an event thread)
these guidelines are subject to change

2011 additions
if possible int he title of the race meeting include:
* a reference to the state
* an abbreviated reference to the class (aarcmcc standards eg: below)
EP10 - ONR & OFR
EP8 - OFR
IC - ONR & OFR
LS - Large Scale
