Basic differences are in crank and sleeve timing. Neal can elaborate more since i don't know what i should say. And we can put the v2 crank in the v1 and have a v3! The v2 puts out more power, but that can be at the expense of mileage. I have the v1 and it has more power than i can use. It also has better mileage than anything i race against. Let's just say i can loose 2 min of runtime and still pit after 10 min, so if i think i need more power the v2 will fit the bill and still get ample runtime. That is assuming it gets less runtime. I don't know for sure.

The V2 is just a slightly more aggressive modification...The engine runs sweet but it is still too early to know for sure what its mileage will be...My original mod makes awesome power and is proven to be extremely good on fuel... The new version should be very good on fuel as well, but its still too early to know for sure...
