I assume you meann the 0720iNet3-AD charger?
It is limited to a 5amp discharge and a max discharge of 50watts per the specs on the 1st page of the manual -

The AC/DC 0720iNet3-AD is basically an upgraded 0606i (1amp and 5watt discharge capability). Ultimately its either the internal components won't allow any higher discharge or the heat dissipation limits the unit to 5amps.
This charger almost shares a name with the more powerful DC version, but I bet little else. These two chargers are not close to being similar.

0606i DC has only 1amp and 5watts for discharge, not very practical if you're discharging anything of any voltage and or capacity.
The discharge function was added late the these chargers and that's the reason its so limited in this generation, they were not originally designed with discharge in mind. The next generation of Hyperions were designed with discharge capabilities and is the reason its more powerful in these later models.
