The 6000 28C is supposed to be the gun pack for both stock AND mod. I would love to get my hands on them but they are not legal here in Oz.

nice to see something new for rear ride adjustment

Why no Li-Po specific chassis?

Good day!

I don't know if my eyes are getting bad but what holds the top motor fastener?

Got to see the car in Vegas. It's really nice. Great to see some innovation. Pretty sure Josh did the majority of the design...just a super job.

Another cool 12th scale for the racers to choose from.

Good luck OD and the TOP team.

Take care.-Bruce

There is not one. Both screws for the motor are on the bottom. I saw a picture somewhere I will try and dig it up.

EDIT: here it is over on the original post

DING!!

That makes sense. I was going to make a smart-ass remark about "faith", but Mike's quick explanation shows that it was "science". And an example of the first REAL brushless-specific pod as it takes advantage of the multiple mounting holes in the can faces of all the major bl motor players.

I may have to re-visit my resolution to not buy a new 1/12 car this year...

Is that steering bar something new or just to hold the steering straight (for display)? Lot of neat pieces and parts in there.

Any clues on how the rear ride height adjustment works? Very interesting overall.

There are cool little details all over the car, like thumbwheels on the tweak screws and micro-adjustable body posts.

Some places still use round cells, you can put a lipo in a 4 cell car, but you can't put cells in a lipo chassis. Plus, guess what one of the first option parts will be

Thanks Bruce,
As far as I can tell, this car is 100% of what is in Josh's CAD drawings of the Rebel. He was like a little kid at Christmas showing it around at the IIC, he should be very proud of this design

In which case it really should be offered as another version rather than the chassis separate as an option. Right? If done as an option that would, to be honest, be a deal-breaker for me and I can't imagine I'd be terribly alone in that thinking.
