In that case, don't remove any wires, and leave the switch off. Should be fine like that. That's the way I run my RC Dynamics booster with my RS.

If you want to use the Tekin LVC then you must switch it on. If you leave the switch off the ESC will not read the pack's voltage. (You shouldn't have a problem in an 8 minute race unless you forgot to charge the battery ).

I'll be sure to post once I have some feedback.
The Rev5 should be really good. I really like the price the kit is compared to the other brands. The Gen XL is very stable and has good corner speed.

I might buy that simply for the build-up. Looks pretty sweet. I wanna see more of the rear pod

It's a pretty car for sure...saw the mock up version at IIC. I am concerned that the motor pod will bend seeing as it uses the lower mounting screws only on the motor and is aluminum instead of steel like the TC that mounts the motor that way. I do like how low and roomy the rear pod is though.

Bee, here's a few pics. Sorry they are not better, I had to take them with my phone in the hotel room at Vegas. Had to send the car back to T.O.P. as it was just over here for show and tell. As you can see, its all T.O.P., no AE or CRC parts (not that that would be a bad thing) We did learn one thing about the car, though, and that's to not let Frank Calandra hold it!

Oh I forgot to mention how cool the body posts are. They use a pin and a cap instead of a body clip underneath. You can rotate the cap to raise or lower it a bit to better fine tune the body height. No more needing o-rings to raise the body just a tad

That center pivot design is brilliant. I love the captured nuts that secure the block, and the pivotball cap to adjust the slop.
