Radio Control Hobbies & Raceway - Waterbury, CT.
I think the addition of the lights outside made a huge difference. Something about racing outside on a nice summer night. I really enjoy the outdoor track.
If the weather is as nice as it has been the last few days - I am all for driving outside tomorrow. It's there...let's use it!!!
If it can't be cost justified - $$$ talks. I would not support the outdoor track if I knew it was loosing $$$.
Curious - being relatively new to the racing scene here (<1yr) - was this summer consistent with past years or un-characteristcally slower than normal. I can imagine that the dilution of racers due to all the outdoor tracks in the summer, vacations, etc causes some what of a slow down but I have nothing to compare it to.
Either way - I plan to be there Wed. This week = SC and Mod truck is back together

I love the outdoor track, we should have been racing on it the whole summer, both, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
oh well, whatever you guys decide I'm in, I just want to race...Let's put it this way, whatever helps RCHR stay opened for years to come...

Come on now, he usually is the one causing me problems not really helping. Anyways I will be down tomorrow. Bring your little slash and I will leave the "BIG BROTHER"
home and we can see whats up.
Didn't know if I was going to run this week but now I am looking forward to racing tomorrow. Matt starting shit
, Proctor and O'connel(never seen him run but I am told he is fast) running, should make for a good night of sc.Now just hoping we run inside so I can dial in the blitz a little more and get a 22 lap qualifier (21 6:00 last week). Made a little change after I brought the truck home and I want to see if it will help. Also maybe try some DD's.
The beautiful thing about racing....is you never know who wins until the day is over.
Looking forward to another great turnout tomorrow night. Hope proctor shows to help us set an aggressive pace. Looking forward to running w/ you tomorrow tom.
Finally got my mod truck back together. Steve & LB were having too much fun the last few weeks. Had to join in!!!
Anyone else planning to to run theirs? Steve S? Ron - how's that t4.1 coming along?
See y'all tomorrow night!

Oh Dan trust me im gonna have mines up and running soon, shes not coming out till the bodie returns from Kris in a few weeks.. So im giving every one time to get right cuz im taking numbers when i put that beast on the dirt....

Anyways I look forward to the challenge. Even if I dont win, having someone to chase down will just make me faster and give me a little more practice to dial in my blitz. Only raced it twice but I was really happy with it last week.

I have to say I had a good time. Though Im from Cali, the nearest track is about 2hrs from me. So i haven't raced anything in over 6yrs. The last Offroad car I raced was in the early 90's and that was a Losi Pro Se. So the XX I was running was still new tech to me.lol
John and Mark put on a great show and I loved the track..Brandon lives 2min away from it and i live a weeks drive from it..lol. Hopefully I can come next year.
I didn't get to know everyone there but they all seem pretty cool.
It took me all the way to the main to begin to feel comfortable with my car. But it was fun. I had the lead for a short minute but my inconsistent driving got the best of me.
Anyway thanks to everyone that helped me and gave me advise
And John and Mark , thanks again From the West Coast

No problem with losing in a clean race. Hell it happens every week that I race with Protor. My job is just to try and make the gap smaller each time.
Guess I better bring my A game then.
