I would agree with that. It mostly only happens when running on a hard packed track with sharp edges. You could take the skid on and off for different conditions, but I've just stopped using them. After all what is $100 anyway. Chassis' don't need to be replaced that often even without skids unless you're running on a very abrasive/rocky surface.

Concrete like surface and rocks pretty much sum up my track (video on website below under gallery).

as, a club racer thats not that bad of a driver just not constant do you think i will notice a diffrence from my roller eight chassis with the tft chassis ?


yea i agree really its gone to take a while before you need to replace a chassis without the guards.

Didn't you just buy one? Why don't you let us know? I think you'll notice a difference. You should anyway. I noticed quite a bit of difference switching to the TFT on my 1.0's.

yea i, just got it i havnt raced it yet dued to there is no racing this weekend so i havnt been able to test it out yet. il let you know when i do race with it .

I make my own skid plates from alum, just look at these pics and make up your mind. If I'm gonna spend $100+ for a TFT chasssis, I'd def run'em!!
