Novak is Great

I had a small miscommunication with Novak that had me seek some help from their Customer Service department. I wasn't an irate angry customer or anything, I just wanted to work out some concerns with getting something delivered in time to test it for the IIC in Las Vegas. Their Customer Service department (Jackie, I believe) and NovakTwo went so far above and beyond to help me out, I can hardly believe it.
I know we all like to come to the internet and complain, and believe me, I've done my share. But I think it's important to also recognize when people get it right. In fact, this time, far more than just right. So thanks Novak, you've ensured I'll always buy from you with confidence, and will advise others to do the same.

I get the pleasure of dealing directly with Jackie and "Novak Two" nearly everyday and I can tell you these two really represent what this company is all about, Great people who really care about what they are doing.

I had an "interesting" experience. I needed a new case for my old GTS, and got in touch with CS and Jackie helped me.
Now i'm in New Zealand, so getting things can be difficult at time ex-USA. Novak sent my two cases, but in the end I never got any of them!
I don't mind, as it was a back-up ESC, but interesting nonetheless. Jackie advised that she checked with US Post (I think it was them) but wasn't getting a lot of love.
Long story short, I binned the ESC, but have no bad feelings against Novak, as they tried hard. I always got a response to my queries.
BTW, i'm not a Novak fan-boy. I have one other GTS, but all of my other gear is Tekin.....
