Default I need some thoughts on BL systems

I am looking into going brushless and I have narrowed everything down to the following 3 I think. I am stuck at about $150 and these fall into my price range if someone has any experience with these the information would be great. I would like to stay in the 13.5 range

Novak Havoc 3S 13.5 (has good features)

Associated sc450-bl 13.5 (cheap)

Speed Passion Citrix 3600kv (11.5) combo or just picking up the esc and adding a 13.5 not sure yet. (cheap but on another forum quality may be questionable)

If any one has any recommendations it would be appreciated.

Thanks

I had the same budget and week with the Novak system. Specifically this one:

Novak Havoc Spec Brushless System 17.5T/2200k

Ive read the speed passions are restickerd ezruns. So unless your wanting to toss cash away buy a Ezrun if your going that route.
