I want to buy 4x 7 Cell 3300 (or 3000) mAh 8.4V NiMH battery packs, but I don't know any thing about chargers, please tell me what specifications should my charger have for getting the most from my batteries plus gives them a loooong life time.

P.S: I need those batteries for my new TRX E-Revo and 2010 TRX Summit.

The B6 charger is sold in a lot of places. Very affordable and does a perfect job for the average guy. Completely idiot proof too. It will charge any battery up to 5000mah pretty much. Don't waste your money on Nimh's. Lipos can be found for the same price and deliver much better performance. Turnigy has their own version of the B6 charger as well as plenty of affordable batteries.

This is the exact setup I have, paid 50 bucks to the door. Works just as good as the 200 dollar chargers which are the same internally, just in a fancier case with a name brand. I bought mine from this seller as well. Top notch IMO.
You may not want lipo now but you will later on. Trust me. This charger will do whatever you need. All you will need is a Traxxas adapter or switch to Deans connectors on your rig.

Charger should come with a manual, although its prob not the best or clearest, take the time and read it. It will give you an idea of what you need to do to charge your batts.

Basically, you'll need to tell the charger the charge rate you want to use, peak sensitivity, number of cells and pack capacity. If I remember correctly, some of this is done in user setup and some in the NiMh charge porgram.

It's pretty easy to use. Set your cell type, charge amps and if using lipo set the number of cells. Hold the start button and your off! It has balance ports bult in too. Always balance charge a lipo. When you get the charger, feel free to pm me. I'll be glad to help.
