I'm using that puller http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...nk-Trigger-Red It mounted on the closest hole from catcher. Does somebody has the same problem with it?

Hi.

Just tried the 6 mm venturi, and the smaller throttle gab. Engine still screams and have great bottom and top. I'll find out the runtime on sunday at a race.

One thing I couldn't figure out: From the point where the engine goes from 4-stroke to a slow 2-stroke, I had to lean the HSN almost 1 turn to get her really sing on the straight (not too lean)! Is that due to the small venturi, throttle gab or the Nova carburator?

gab??

remember very small adjustments once you get it close to tune with 6mm restrictor , like 1/2 hr increments

you will see killer runtime now that your engine is properly jetted

use those headers for mugen , 41029 preferrably

41021 for all other vehicles if you like punchy low and 41005 if you want a smoother low end

hope this helps

Can I use the Nova Tf short body plugs in this or should I be using the Tc longs. I am going to be trying the OD77T but have some Nova Tf's. I have always had good luck with the Nova plugs.

Gab? Ehmm... The E.P.A of the spraybar with the venturi in place.

Cool. Thanks for the advise, Monty

I was told yesterday, that a smaller venturi gives more bottom and less top... I thought it only reduced the overall power of the engine.
???

monty,

need some clarifications, when u mentioned 1/2 hr (1 hour per 1 full turn) do you mean 1/2 a turn or 1/24 of a turn (assume 1 full turn has 12 hours)?

Here in Denmark we mostly have to use EFRA approved pipes (3 chamber). I run the 9901/41021 combo on most tracks. But at one specific track the 9901/41001 combo is GREAT, because you don't need too much bottom, and you can use the extra top on the long straight. I know Monty likes the 41005 better than the 41001

Hi guys! I would like to know how you guys store your engine? I read a lot of guys bag them in air tight ziplock plastic bag, is that good enough? Thanks!

Dont mean to steal the thunder but as there are 12 hours on a clock so there are 12 hours on the needle.1 hour is 1/12 of a turn and 1/2 hour is 1/24th of a turn and so on. Hope that makes sense.

Matt.

try c6tgh or c5tgh , the newer plugs ( black bodies ) seem to be working

the ultra c6tgc ( silver body )is what they have been putting in the engines from the factory
