to increase torque on a stock JL I would pull a head shim, the engines have very low compression in stock trim which will really hurt bottom end...when you remove a shim you will increase bottom, but may lose a slight amount of mileage...
Thanks Neal

I just ordered one from clockwork to finish the season. Can't wait to get it in and see what it does.

P3 plug. Close to factory. No more than 3 hrs either way.

A plug as hot as the P3 can actually mask a low-speed
needle adjustment that is too rich. You may want to run
a little colder plug if your going to start removing head
shims. I ran my JL every day this week. The temps here
have been near 90*f. with very high humidity. It's like
standing in a sauna. My JL didn't need any tweeking.
The engines temps are running about ten degrees hotter
and it's got all the, tire shreading low-end balls, that
it had when it was twenty degrees cooler outside.
