Why is everybody still on this negative feedback thing. I haven't left anything yet. If you're going to post a comment, educate yourself by reading the thread first.

Maybe because of the above post? One could easily assume that if you would leave negative feedback even after you received the truck that you would leave negative feedback for not receiving it. Like I said before, it sucks that you were out of the money for a little while, but scammers don't usually give second thoughts to refunding someone's money. He sent the money back after what I would think is a reasonable time for the truck to show up. But, that's just my opinion.

Touche, I guess I should read my own posts. The fact of the matter is that his Sales Record hasn't been tarnished by me.

Here's something else to think about:
He swears he sent it and gave me my money back and said that I can settle up with him once I receive the truck. If he did truly send it, he would be worried by now and would have contacted me because he's out a $300 truck. This gives me the suspicion that he knows he didn't send it in the first place, because if he did, he would be asking me if I received yet, so he could collect his money. He hasn't tried to contact me.

I bet you someone will chime in saying "Well maybe he's on an extended vacation"or "maybe he's really sick" or "maybe his computer doesn't work". I'm not buying any of those excuses!!! The guy used the money for a temporary loan and that's all it is. Believe it!!!

...or maybe in the grand scheme of things he is more concerned about his reputation than a $300 truck. $300 is a drop in the bucket to most of us RCers....this isn't a cheap hobby by any means...and what does $300 REALLY buy? Unfortunately....not a whole lot these days....

Besides, maybe he is all over the post office (or UPS or whoever he sent it through) trying to track it down....assuming he did actually send it.

We will probably never know what truly happened here...all that really matters is you got your cash back. In my mind, that makes him an honest seller...regardless of the details....you didn't get scammed. Maybe he has a shady side to him....maybe life just happened to give him a bad hand in this transaction. He made it right with you.....

Just my .02 cents...
