Also advised HK that since they have not sent the items yet, you have filed for a refund so that they'll be aware.
Already started that and they keep asking me to close the dispute.I have checked again today to see if there is any tracking info but like usual nothing. Its been over a week and half now and still nothing

So HK say that the item has left their warehouse ?

Are there any of the packs you ordered left in stock ?

Sometimes their inventory system is not updated and they run out

I've ordered from them 20 or so times in the last year and never had an issue

EMS gets here (melbourne) within a week or so and the other methods take 10 days or so

Cheers

I placed an order back on the 19th of may and I was told the the hong kong postal service was the problem, this is the first time I ever ordered from HK. My shipping finally updated 2 days ago. just give it time and you will get your batteries.

It took me nearly 3 months to get my stuff the last time I ordered from them. I think their website is inaccurate as far as their stock goes, they sell out quickly and then have to place orders on hold and make excuses until they get more stock. Their products are great but if I need anything in a reasonable time then I'll still get their Turnigys and Zippys but I'll buy them off of E-bay and pay a slight premium in order to get them within a week instead of several months.

I've got 3 orders I'm waiting on.

Ordered 5/24, 5/25 & 5/27. Two shipped EMS, one Air Parcel.

All have tracking numbers that lead to nothing.

Wow, 3 orders in 4 days seems like a waste of shipping costs, but to each his own.

I have not ordered from HK in a month or so, but I have always gotten everything I wanted out of them. 10 days is a bit excessive for EMS, but I wouldnt worry, they are not a rip off company. I would bet it is the postal service over there.

Some extra stuff came in stock on the 27th that wasn't instock before that. Other orders were split due weight/cost savings. I spent a couple hours getting those orders split up properly.

What sucks is the EMS stuff will probably get here the same time as the Air parcel.

Ah, that makes sense. I have ordered from them before and realized a few days later that I needed something else, but I decided to wait another week to make sure nothing else came up. In most cases separate orders will really cost you, but it sounds like you knew what you were doing!

This is posted by HK forum's admin:

It's starting to look perminent for Hong Kong Post.
That means alot of small eBayers and other stores that dont have the capacity to ship out via private courier will be attempting time and time again to post their lipo's only to have them returned a week or two later.
You're going to see alot of HK/CN vendors stop selling Lipo's in the coming weeks/Months as they work out that it's not getting through.

We are now doing the following;
1) We have charged two private courier companies with the task of shipping our products out. Bypassing Hong Kong Post.
2) We have already sent 2 containers of Lipoly to Germany and next week 1 container to Seattle (the location of our new warehouse to be).
3) Customers who buy Lipo from as now will have them shipped via the Private couriers.
4) In future you will have a greater selection of Lipo from USA (Seattle) or DE (Hamburg) warehouses.
5) We are changing tracking system pages this week and next to better reflect the new services.

In the end you're going to get your batteries at the same price, but with faster shipping and less customs issues.
