I ordered (and paid for) a PNF RCLander-Jet and I got an ARF Jet with no servos, no EDF, only retracts. During five weeks I had to send them tons of photos, had to weight everything (it was 1500 gramms less than an PNF Jetz) and finally they told me they were happy to confirm they had sent THE CORRECT AIRPLANE ... missing parts should be asked by custom or post office.
We are talking of missing parts that should have been built in (!) the plane...
So I lost over 150 US$ (PNF Jet costs minus ARF Jet costs), paid 50 US$ custom fee for a plane I never wanted and had to discuss five weeks and hours of taking pictures for nothing. I hate them... good luck to you!

I paid $60 for EMS delivery to Australia 15th Jan and have not seen anything.
Several emails to them have not been replied to and I have now asked paypal for my money back. If only they told me what the hell is going on!
What a shame, seems like a great place to shop...cheap too!

^^ it was a big holiday since the middle of January in the chinese community. I would not be surprised that your package was delayed and that you are not receiving any communication reply from them (or from any chinese suppliers). Even the post office (EMS) is on holiday.
However, it was your right to pullout from the sale.

I've ordered a couple batteries from them and never had any issues.
The big thing is: where's the item shipping from? The first battery I ordered was in their US warehouse and it took 4 days to get to me. The second was out of Hong Kong, got sent to Singapore, then Zurich, then NY, then got to me. Total time was two and a half weeks. When they ship stuff from Hong Kong, it's slooow. You just have to be prepared for a wait if it's coming from there. Patience!
As far as the quality of the batteries (Turnigy) I've been completely satisfied.
I'd say if you need it fast for some reason, ask them up front where it's shipping from. If it's Hong Kong, and you're in the US, you should look elsewhere. They do offer upgraded shipping, of course, but I'm talking about the cheapest possible route.

I have placed 2 orders in the last couple of months to HK and it was shipped and delivered with no issues. My last order is a different story. Placed an order and it was processed and was at the mail courier in a couple of days. A day or two later. My package was returned to sender. Never made it out of Hong Kong. Took a while to get a response from HK on why it was returned. They said they don't delivery to military addresses. I said BS. I told them about my previous 2 orders using the same address. No response. They give me an option to have my package shipped to another address. But they want me to pay $33.79 for shipping again. WTF. What about the shipping charges I already paid. HK said since it was redelivered to their warehouse that I would have to repay the shipping. So basically my first shipping payment was for them to box up my items, drop it off at the mail courier. Mail courier then turned it right back around and sent it back. That makes no sense to me. If there was an issue with my mailing address they should of addressed it prior to mailing. Why would the mail courier accept the package from HK knowing they don't deliver to Military addresses. This sucks!!!!!
