Tamiya FF03
#256
the longer wheelbase of the FF01-03 makes these cars a totally different beast than the M-chassis cars... they won't oversteer as easily off power (although hey will.. just not as easily)

Actually I would think they'll oversteer off power easier given the heavily front biased weight distribution and the extra length. My YR-F2 does it for instance with a Lipo and no extra weight. With extra weight (to bring the battery weight back to a Nimh weight) this is mitigated somewhat but I have no doubt, the more power you have, the more lift-off oversteer there will be.

At least this time around, you can adjust anti-dive and droop around to dial out some of the off throttle oversteer unlike the previous chassis. And even more so with the esc tech like the push control from the RS.

got in touch with Champ, and it seems their release date is 6/24 firm. The Japanese market will probably be the last to get a hold of it

Got one on pre order with a UK dealer, but will keep looking around as my GF has taken a shine to it and wants one too
(yet she refused a 4wd car ?)
