Default Team Checkpoint 1030 problem

I just got a pair of TC1030 chargers off ebay. One of them works fine, the other one powers up correctly and everything but when I try to charge a battery it gives me “Short-circuit - Output short-circuited. Pls check the output.” It does this during the battery test before it starts charging.

I've tried several different batteries with 2 different charge leads and it does it everytime. The settings are the same on both chargers. I can take the charge lead and battery off the one that's giving me the error and plug it into the other one and it works fine.

Any suggestions?

I had the same problem as you with my ICE charger, the charger was fault due to accidentally short circuit on output lead while charging. The charger can turn on just like usual but show me the error when press on the charge button.
