Default motor timing

I have a 19turn trinity speed gems motor. I desided I wanted to clean it so I pulled it apart and relized soon after having it fully dissasembled that I should have probbly maked where the can and top were at. Is there a special postion I should put it back at?

I usually run them between 12 and 15 degrees of timing. Fixed endbell 19T's run 24 degrees timing but I've found that to be too agressive on the adjustable ones.
